Shoshone Medical Center Screening

Appointments typically take 15-20 minutes per person and will be a finger-poke test. If elevated blood lead levels are detected, a venous sample is encouraged. You will need to complete paperwork prior to your appointment. Plan to arrive at PHD's Kellogg office, located at 35 Wildcat Way, 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time at SMC.
