What if I lose my appointment confirmation email?
On the homepage, you may request to have your appointment confirmation resent.
- Enter the mail address you used to schedule your appointment, and click ‘Submit‘.
- If your email address is correct, a success message will be displayed, and your appointment information will be resent via email.
- You will be notified if your email address is not found.
Can I change or cancel my appointment after it is made?
You may edit or cancel your appointment after you have submitted it. In your appointment confirmation email, click on the link to view your appointment. From the confirmation page, you can:
- Change the location of your appointment.
- Change the date and time of your appointment.
- Edit your email address and phone number. In most cases, you can change your first and last name
(NOTE: When you edit your appointment, you will be taken back through the scheduling process. Once complete, the confirmation page will show the updated appointment information. You will receive a new confirmation email with the updated information.)
Will I Be Seen at the Exact Time of My Appointment?
While we make every effort to honor all appointments at their scheduled times, we sometimes run behind schedule. It is our policy and goal to provide the best possible service for all our customers. Thank you for your understanding and for your continued patronage.
